Sweet Potato Smoothie
Sweet Potatoes are little gems of gold in the South. Paula Deen has a formula for sweet potato scones. I could without much of a stretch veggie lover ized bread rolls, yet figured it would be extremely extraordinary to complete an alternate thing with sweet potatoes. Each since I saw somebody make a collard greens smoothie, I wanted to "make smoothies out supper!" Then I imagined the prospect of a sweet potato smoothie! Breakfast. Sweet Potato. Great.
Sweet Potato Protein Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 banana Dash cinnamon
1 pack perfect fit protein
2 cups almond milk
Directions:
You will need a blender for this recipe. Put everything in it, lol.
Blend it for a matter of for a few minutes.
If you want it to be cold, refrigerate it for a few hours. Add in a couple of ice cubes, before or after you blend it.
